ပြည်သူ့လွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စားလှယ်ဟောင်းဦးဘရှိန်ဦးဆောင်တဲ့ ရခိုင်တိုင်းရင်း သားများပါတီ(Rakhine Nationalities Party) ရဲ့ အလံနဲ့ တံဆိပ်ကို ဇူလိုင်လ ၂ ရက်နေ့မှ ခုနှစ်ရက်အတွင်း ကန့်ကွက်နိုင်တယ်လို့ စစ်ကောင်စီရဲ့ ပြည်ထော င်စုရွေးကောက်ပွဲကော်မရှင်(UEC)က ကြေညာပါတယ်။
အဲဒီရခိုင်တိုင်းရင်းသားများပါတီဌာနချုပ်ကို ကျောက်ဖြူမြို့၊ အလယ်ပိုင်းရပ်ကွက်၊ဦးဥတ္တမလမ်း၊ အိမ်အမှတ် ၄၉ မှာ ဖွင့်ထားတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
စစ်ကောင်စီရဲ့ပြည်ထောင်စုရွေးကောက်ပွဲကော်မရှင်မှ ဇွန်လ ၉ ရက်နေ့က ပါတီတည်ထောင်ခွင့်ပြုလိုက်ပြီးနောက် ဇွန်လ ၂၄ ရက်နေ့မှာပါတီမှတ်ပုံတ င်ခွင့်လျှောက်ထားတယ်လို့ ဆိုပါတယ်။
အဲဒါကြောင့် ပါတီကိုတရားဝင်မှတ်ပုံ တင်ခွင့်ပြုဖို့အတွက် ပါတီအလံ၊ ပါတီတံဆိပ်၊ ပါတီဌာနချုပ်ကို တရားဝင်ထု တ်ပြန်ကြေညာတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒေါက်တာအေးမောင်နဲ့ဦးဘရှိန်ဟာ တရခိုင်အမျိုးသားပါတီ(ANP)ရဲ့ခေါင်း ဆောင်တာဝန်ယူခဲ့ကြသူတွေဖြစ်ပြီး ရခိုင်အမျိုးသားပါတီ(ANP)ကတော့ စစ်ကောင်စီက ပါတီတည်ထောင်ခွင့်မပြုပါဘူး။
